Gift card store FAQs

  • You can browse through the list of merchants and gift cards offered within the Gift card store, with or without the intention of buying them. If you like to buy a gift card with your Saga Points add that gift card into the "Shopping cart".
  • Once added into the "Shopping cart", click on the "Checkout button".
  • If required, you can adjust your order by editing its quantities, or if required you can also delete unwanted gift cards.
  • After finalizing the payment details, click the "Pay" button to make your purchase.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchasing the gift card (I.e. placing an order) from the Gift card store.
  • You will receive the gift card to your email address, that you have registered in your Saga Club account.
  • Please check your inbox and optionally the spam folder.
  • You will receive your gift card voucher within 24-48 hours, after the gift card order has been placed.
  • You can follow up on the status of your gift card order under "My Transactions".
  • For all questions related to the delivery of your gift card order, please contact Icelandair and select "Saga Club" in type of assistance.

You can check the status of all your orders under "My Transactions" tab on your Gift card store account. Once logged in to the Gift card store, click on "My Gift Cards" and then "My Transactions" where you will find the status of your gift card orders.

If the gift card order has been processed and a gift card voucher has been issued and sent, the gift card purchase is final, and no refunds are possible.

All prices are calculated on a daily basis and depend on respective currency exchange rates (provided by www.xe.com).

You can find your gift cards in the section "My Transactions". Vouchers and gift cards bought through the Gift card store are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired.
